Join the Team

NWEMS welcomes new volunteers to join our group. If you love to help others and have a background in emergency care, we’d love to have you on our team. Learn more below.

We have a team of experts that will help you grow and achieve your personal and career goals.

New Windsor Emergency Medical Services is normally the first emergency team to arrive at the scene of medical and rescue situations in the New Windsor & Cornwall area. Our dedicated team of first responders is trained in a variety of areas, ready to standby or to assist you in those critical moments. To better assist you, we have both a Special Operations team and a Paramedic division dedicated to your particular needs.

NWEMS offers many benefits for its members, including:

  • A member incentive program which rewards members for going above and beyond
  • Free training and uniforms
  • Free internet service and satellite television at NWEMS headquarters
  • AFLAC Insurance
  • Access to free training courses
